Sod orders are non refundable anytime after 48 hours before delivery and carry no warrantee from East Bay Nursery. Concerns should be directed to Delta Bluegrass.
$165 Delivery charge for all orders.
To order quantities greater than 1000 square feet: Add multiples of one or more variations. Example: to order 1200 square feet order 1 - 1000 square foot increment and 1 - 200 square foot increment or order 3 - 400 square foot increments.
Delta Bluegrass Company’s Sod Policy:
Since sod is a perishable product, it must be installed and watered the same day it's delivered to ensure best results. Delta Bluegrass Co. is not liable for sod not installed on the day of delivery.
Warranty and Replacement Conditions: Sod is guaranteed to be true to variety and in sound live condition upon delivery, up to the extent of the purchase price. Delta Bluegrass does not guarantee suitability, survival, or long-term performance and make no other warranties, expressed or implied.
To be eligible for replacement sod due to quality concerns:
Notify us within 48 hours of Delivery. Upon notification, Delta Bluegrass will verify the sod’s condition and adherence to customer responibilities.
Replacement evaluations requested after 48 hours from delivery are at the sole discretion of Delta Bluegrass Company.
Calculating the area of an irregular shape:
To find the area of an irregular shaped lawn, break in to square, rectangle, and/or triangle shaped sections
Area A is 10 ft. x 10 ft. = 100 sq. ft.
Area B is 15 ft. x 20 ft. = 300 sq. ft.
Area C is a triangle (12 ft. x 20)/2 = 120 sq. ft.
TOTAL SOD NEEDED = 520 sq. ft
