This taste-test favorite has a complex flavor, predominantly of plum and cherry with the sweetness of a cherry and the zing of a fresh summer plum. The fruit which is much larger than a cherry, but slightly small for a plum, will hang on the tree for over a month. Reaches peak ripeness at the end of July. Best production when pollinated by Santa Rosa plum, Burgundy plum, Flavor King Pluot.
